Request Pricing
What we need, and why each one matters
Most quote requests stall because the specification is incomplete, so here is exactly what turns an enquiry into a price. You do not need all of it to send the form — but every item you can answer removes a round trip.
- The material. Gravel, rock, ore, concentrate, dry product, reagent. This is what decides how the bag will eventually fail, and therefore which of the six bag types is even a candidate.
- Bulk density, or a target fill weight. This is what sizes the bag — not volume. Dense material is past its safe working load long before the bag looks full, and that single mistake causes more failures than every manufacturing defect combined.
- Quantity and frequency. How many bags, and how often. A one-off pallet and a standing monthly call-off are priced differently and supplied differently.
- Filling and discharge. What fills the bag, what lifts it, and how it gets emptied — or whether it is placed and stays, as it is in erosion control work. This decides the closure, the bottom construction and the loop configuration.
- Storage before use. Whether bags will sit outdoors first, and for how long. High-desert sun degrades untreated polypropylene invisibly, which makes this the deciding factor on corridor and large-footprint work.
- Classification, if the material is regulated. UN number, proper shipping name and packing group for anything shipping as dangerous goods. Without these nobody can tell you which package is legal, so a quote given without them is a guess.
If you have three of those six — material, weight, handling — send the form and we will work out the rest with you. If your question is not really about pricing, the general enquiry form is the better door.

Have the material, the fill weight and how the bag gets handled ready — those three decide the spec.
Quote request
Partial is fine — send what you have from the list above and we will fill the gaps by email or on the phone.
Rather talk it through? Call (530) 416-0656, or send a general enquiry instead.
What we need, and what we do not
What is the minimum I need to send you?
The material, roughly what it weighs, and how the bag gets handled. Those three are enough to specify and price most orders. Everything else on the form helps us be quicker and more accurate, but none of it should stop you sending the enquiry.
Do you charge for a quote or a specification?
No. Working out which bag your material needs is the job, not an add-on to it — and it is how we would rather earn the order. If the answer turns out to be that someone else can serve you better, we will say so and that costs you nothing either.
How quickly will I hear back?
Same or next business day where the specification is clear. Where it is not — an unresolved transport classification, or a combustible-dust assessment nobody has done yet — we will come back with questions first rather than a number that turns out to be for the wrong bag.
I do not know my bulk density. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Name the material and we will look it up or work from a target fill weight instead. Bulk density is the number that sizes the bag, so it has to be settled at some point — but arriving without it is completely normal and it is our job, not yours, to know where to find it.
Can I order a small quantity to try?
Yes. The economics change sharply with volume and most of what we do is project quantity, but we would rather quote a small first order than turn it away. Tell us what you need on the form and we will price it.
